The way you have captured the mood and spirit of the day was just fantastic, and especially evident through the stunning black and white shots. I love some of the natural portrait shots you have captured, they work so well to beautifully define our special day.
It certainly can’t have been easy herding the cats, so to speak, to get all the group shots done & to get everyone focused on you – and in particular to get my lovely groom John to have (a) his eyes open and (b) his mouth shut in the photos (a running joke in the family), but you managed it, and you carried out the whole process so smoothly and efficiently. And you definitely worked so well to stay in the background, so subtle and unobtrusive.

We wanted to write and say a great big thank you to you, the photographs you took of our wedding are fantastic, we are absolutely thrilled with them. We are still going through them and taking them all in, and we are nowhere near selecting the ones we want to put in our album, that is going to be a very tough choice indeed! Our family and friends are now starting to look at them and everyone agrees what a great story of the wedding they tell, it really brings the whole day back to us. We were so lucky that the sun shone on us and we were able to have so many photos taken outside, even well into the evening, those night shots you took of Pelham House are something else! We also love the black and white shots, we think they somehow seem more classic and they will look great in the album.
The photos you have taken of the children are lovely, their Mum’s and I are particularly pleased with them.. you have made my godchildren look like angels.. no mean feat I can tell you!
It was lovely to have you with us on the day, you certainly were a calming influence a fact reflected in the relaxed nature of the photographs, we didn’t want stuffy, posed pictures and I love the way we all forgot you were there, it has made the photos all the more natural. You certainly were a hit amongst the female guests.. from the little girls using you as a climbing frame, to some of Mum’s friends who were actually heard saying ‘oh if only I was 30 years younger’.. I think you had a lucky escape there! Your ladders were also the talk of the day!

Just a quick note to say how much we love the photographs from the wedding. I think it’s fair to say that they were just what we were after / hoped for and we have spent the weekend going through them over and over again and are both really excited by them.
We couldn’t have been more pleased with the results – what a great keepsake for our day.
The problem now will of course be finding 40 or 50 shots that we want to put in an album – our first estimate was that there are around 300 potentials for such a short list!!
